Long time not logged in

It have being a long time with no login , I apollogize many times .

It happened because most of my other accounts on the web have been / is still 

hacked .

Im working to solve those pages I cant acess.

Im trying to rebuild my lost / damaged network but still many pages I have no acess to.

Those was hacked / is still hacked and passwords have being changed.

Even worse my old phone number I cant no longer acess.

Hopefully I can recover those remaning .
