help am i gonna die??

When I was about 14, I found a lump in my left breast. It was kinda big like at least 5 cm maybe more?? I looked it up on google and did some research and came to the conclusion that its a cyst. Im not sure if it actually was tho cus i never got it checked out, i was too scared to tell anyone. Im now almost 18 so I guess it wasnt anything bad. However, today while i was showering i found another lump in my right breast. its like right under my nipple. Google said its a cyst or a fibroadenoma (whatever that is??) but im not sure. It kinda hurts when i touch it or my breast moves. not much tho. its like a ball shape and hard. I'm so scared, i know i should get it checked out, but its so stressfull. 

edit: okay the stress just got to me i told my mom and like BAWLED my eyes out, were going to a doctor next tuesday..!

second edit: uhhh my nipple is red now??? wtf?? it wasnt like an hour ago. it also kinda hurts more, but just a little bit.
