my life has been so much better ever since i adopted a "not my identity, not my problem" stance on being queer. people have so much to say about lesboys and bi-lesbians and such, and have never even interacted with one or done any research. i'm simultaneously agender and a man and i'm homoflexible. people never know what that means, and then tell me i'm "just bi" when i explain it. people hate on abrosexuals without even realizing it. saying bi-lesbians aren't real gets rid of homoromantic bisexual/homosexual biromantics and abrosexuals. lesboys are nonbinary, transmasc, trans men, butches, multigender, etc. it reminds me of one post i saw: "can a straight man be attracted to another man? sure, i'm not a cop." people are so complex. why should we focus on putting them in boxes? there's also the transmasc can be lesbians, trans men can't- first off, not my identity, not my problem. second, lesbians have always called themselves men/boys, especially POC lesbians. trans men who identify as lesbians aren't hurting anyone. why does it matter how someone else identifies? nobody is making you use the label, nobody is making you date them. life is too short.
