hiiiictfygvhj!! i'm back after (almost) finishing my exams and doing boring stuff, so i thought it was time for me to actually introduce my style (which is still developing btw) and also talk about my fashion journey, just so i can keep track of it in some way
BEFORE
i think the first style that i've liked is the "basic" one since it was my first attempt at trying to incorporate stuff i wasn't used to (since before i just wore old clothes from my sister lmao)
anyway, after a while i got bored (because i was trying all those styles from tumblr like art hoe i think or stuff like that lol) and started experimenting with fashion that is more like what one sees in pinterest(?, with a calm and soft vibe (with combat boots for some reason)
i liked that fashion for a while until i realised it was becoming too monotonous and tried with maximalism and FELL IN LOVE WITH IT, i loved how much one could experiment (without really taking into account all the "dress for you body shape" stuff as i think that's bs), but then i got more into visual kei which led me to explore j-fashion more and discovered decora!!!!!!!!!!
NOW
what i liked the most about decora is that it was not that hard to get accessories and clothes like that were i live (as opposed to visual kei) so i actually looked for accessories i used to wear as a child (like rainbow loom bracelets, keychains and hair clips) and DIYed some stuff (like decoden glasses, more hair clips and more hair accessories with plushies)

i often like to do "themes" for what i wear, which is usually a specific colour, or build my outfit based on a certain piece of clothing or accesory

i would describe my style as a mix from 90's decora and decora from more recent times since my "base" usually is not very colorful and instead focus on the accesorising part
regarding makeup, i usually don't wear it, but when i do i like to either do a makeup inspired by jirai kei or menhera fashion or really experiment with more creative ways

anyways, i think that's all, i was thinking maybe it would be fun to write blogs about different j-fashions and specially decora and even do like "basic guides" or stuff like that, please tell me what you think about it!!
bye :D
