make a website, and if need be, a fediverse instance.
You can get domains for around $12-25 yearly, and most registars such as NameCheap have free domain-privacy now. If you can't get a domain, it is techncially possible to host a fediverse instance over TOR and/or I2P, but it will be harder to use and you probably won't federate well, outside of interacting with other dark-web fedi instances.

Your own webserver is way better, and often way more reliable than something like Bluesky, Twitter, etc. Also, you can setup a webserver to do other cool things like have a cool looking email. Instead of having to use social-media, you can use your own website and your own servers. Makes you more free, basically.
Email, XMPP, Fediverse, TOR+I2P Mirrors, etc are all better than social-media and will stand the test of time odds are.
