watership down, the novel

For some odd reason when someone says "from Water ship Down, the film" it bothers me so much, this is just a edgy child ranting about a bloody book about bunnies but lemme say something:

WATERSHIP DOWN WAS ORIGINALLY A NOVEL!!!!!

Yes there is a film and a Netflix series but it all came from a book!
