Time Travel is Theoretically Possible

okay first off, i'm aware how this sounds.

however, let's go through this logically, and with questions.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if Time Travel was Possible?

Albert Einstein had found that time is not a constant, meaning constantly changing (past, present, and future). Rather, time is consistently and continuously moving forward. Einstein had also stated that time is the fourth dimension.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the Fourth Dimension?: The fourth dimension in simple terms, is a hypothetical construct, referring to a dimension that is additional to length, width, and depth. It is an additional direction through space. Together, with three dimensional space, it's fused into a single four dimensional continuum space-time.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is a Continuum?: A continuum is a continuous sequence in which adjacent elements are not perceptibly different from each other, although the extremes are distinct, (a set of real numbers).

What You Would Need in Order to Time Travel

If you wanted to time travel, you would need a spacecraft that could travel almost as fast as light. 186,000 miles/second) (Stationary)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How Does Time Work when Time Traveling is Involved?

Einstein's theory of relativity taught us that the faster we move through space, the slower we move through time.

Light Years Travel About 9.46 trillion km (or) 5.88 trillion miles.

If you wanted to solve how many years are in a light year, you would multiply the number of seconds in one year by the number of km (or) miles that light travels within 1 second.

ex; 1 light year = 6.9 trillion miles. (9.8 trillion km)

Assuming you were in a spacecraft, traveling at 99.9% the speed of light to a potentially habitable exoplanet some 40 light years away, you would travel back to Earth to discover that the people you once knew, were very old, if not old, then dead. From your point of view, you've only been gone for around two years, for people on Earth, you would have been gone 80 years.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Time Dilation

Historically, the fastest piloted vehicle that humanity has created, known as Apollo 10, reached a speed of 11,000 meters per second.

The speed that would be needed to time travel is about 219,000,000 million meters per second.

Going that fast would cause an enormous centrifugal force. (Meaning it would rip you apart).

How are Wormholes Connected to Time Travel?

Einstein's prediction: theoretical tunnels link two separate places, and two different times.

(A shortcut to another universe, and another time)

Since wormholes are extremely tiny (a billion trillion, trillionth of a centimeter across), no human would be able to fit through.

If we we're able to capture a wormhole and enlarge it, we could make it a giant tunnel above the Earth, leading to another planet.

Theoretically, if we put both ends of a wormhole in the same location, but in different times, we could step into a wormhole and come out into the distant past.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Issue with Wormholes

Wormholes are short-lived, as well as traveling into the past would then create paradoxes.

Time is linear, meaning it can only move forward. Due to this, we could only travel into the future.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is Building a Time Machine Possible?

Building a time machine is possible (theoretically), but it would not look like anything we've seen in film media such as the Back to the Future car, the DMC DeLorean. It would also not look like the Doctor Who TADRIS. It would look more lengthy. Something like this.
