Them: Why do trans girls post so many photos of themselves online?

Me: Because for most of her childhood life, she was forced by her parents, society, or others to live in the shadows as someone that she never really felt comfortable living as. So, when she finally came of age and was  able to be free, be true to herself, and live her life accordingly as the person she truly is, she then had a lifetime worth lost memories to make up for.

So when you see a trans girl posting lot of images, it's generally not because she is not being self-centered. Instead, she is simply making up for lost time when she wasn't allowed to be herself.
