hey also!!!! also!!! there is one book i find really interesting too that i think might be a good read?? - the woman in black by susan hill . its not exactly conventional gothic literature (it falls under gothic horror as there's quite a few jumpscares + it was published in 1983 i think?) but it's a very good book and i think the style of typical gothic literature is replicated very well :o)
