i NEED tums (a vent)

guys today is monday and i have no idea wtf is wrong with my stomach. this whole weekend my stomach has been hurting and now today...

hopefully it's not gastritis but like dayum son

i don't even have to use the bathroom, i feel like im being stabbed in my stomach
