NOBODY prepared me 4 how WEIRD hairspray sets in ur hair. It’s like it’s sticky LOL!!!!!!!

I’m comin across a prob, tho. My hair isn’t staying puffy and big!!!! It keeps going back 2 normal even w/ hairspray!!! What do I dooooooo????? WAT DO I DO TO FIX IT?????!!!!!!

I have short hair btw, is da short hair da problem or is it me?
