if im not oline for a period of time

I have PTS i don't know if its PTSD or just post traumatic stress symptoms but i don't  like talking about it too much but yeah,

 it's there so if i'm not online for a long while it could becus of a bad flashback or something related to my chronic pain i have chronic migraines and so when i have a migraine attack i can't really function properly especially if i have 3 in a row day after day.. i id like yall to konw so you dont think im ignoring yall or anything
