1. Don't complain too much it only makes you miserable. Just go with the flow do what you need to do.
2. Getting angry doesn't solve anything most of the time.
3. Don't think about something too much you're just making things more complicated for yourself. Just analyze and process it.
4. Be present in the moment. You'll be happier.
5. Be patient with others. They will appreciate it and it will bring you great rewards.
6. Look at what you can do. Instead of saying you can't do it.
7. Don't dwell on things learn to let it go.
