yooooo i didn't know this site had a blogging aspect! that's actually really neat. As someone who was never aloud to have a myspace and who was just a little too young for livejournal this old school style social media is very cool to me and i've really been falling down a old web rabbit hole since deciding maybe a week ago that i wanted to make a y2k style webpage for my birthday invitations
my birthday which is still several months away lmao
i've been planning my 30th birthday basically since i turned 29, because i had the idea to throw a "13 going on 30" party and that idea has been fueling me ever since. 2008 themed party??? where everyone is encouraged to dress the way they did (or would have if they'd been able to) at 13???? i'm genuinly so excited for it. anyway, i was looking around for somewhere to host said y2k web page when i stumbled upon neocities, spent a week mucking around in html and css and browsing other people's cool ass sites, and found this site too. so yeah, maybe i'm just hyper fixating on this kind of social media right now and in a month or so i'll have been distracted by something else, but god damn it i'm having the time of my life right now!!

Honestly I've been the same way. I mess around on neocities sometimes, and I'm trying to blog here too. I was too young for MySpace (22), so I like watching everyone else's blogs and looking through the Bulletins. If you know how to use the site there is so much to sift through and look at lmao.
But a 2008 party is really cool, I'm so jealous honestly. Especially if people commit to the bit. Will you maybe blog about it? I'd like to see what happens or how it goes personally!

plus i enjoy yapping on the internet :p
i'm getting the sense that there is way more going on here than i know so far, but i'm not rushin to figure it all out lol i'm just going with the flow, figuring it out along the way. thanx for the comment!!
