The Do’s and Don’ts give me foresight and I can’t fall asleep unless I’m like,, exhausted. but sometimes I ignore it and all the donts happen and im like O.O what if I just try to do all the dos???? It used to be I’d look at the end of the day and see if I did anything unintentionally but now its like. I have to Know. I’m always countdowning yup its midnight time to check
