honestly sometimes i feel like i can't do anything. like every action i could possibly take is futile and the only thing worth doing is nothing. i genuinely have days where hobbies i love bring me zero joy and i can't even get mad over it because the only thing in my head is empty numbness

anyway. i would rate depression 0/10 avoid if possible
