Double day post here since I've been too tired to post for all of yesterday. The shoulder day was pretty annoying since I didn't know what I was doing for most of it but I got a good enough workout in. Earlier today though, I attempted to get a push day in since I had basically run out of muscle groups to exercise, but during my decline chest press, I started feeling something weird in my right triceps tendon so I decided to just call it quits. So yes, I am ending the challenge on day 6 of 7 because I want to give my body some rest and allow myself to recover because I don't know if I'm opening myself up to injuries by continuing. I'll certainly keep on exercising regularly now but I'm not doing the 7 day thing anymore.
Overall this was a pretty good challenge for myself, as it got me into the gym on days where I really felt like not doing anything at all. Six days completed out of seven is pretty damn good, and the only reason why I'm stopping is to protect my body from injury or excessive fatigue.

Shoulder Press

Two Cable Lateral Raise
10 reps 2x7.5lbs

Two Cable Front Raise

4 reps 2x7.5lbs this machine fucking sucks, it's impossible to do any kind of progressive overload

I tried to do some kind of interval training here but it wasn't very intense so in the last 4 minutes of my run, I just did a 6mph jog.
