learning bass TT_TT

GAHHH learning the bass is so fuckin hard!!! everyone who says its easy is a LIAR!!!!! i have barely any time to practice which isnt making it any easier e_e if anyone has any tips or resources i welcome them with open arms

stuff i wanna work on:

-plucking speed/accuracy

-playing without looking at the instrument

-flexibility in my fretting fingers

is it better to play with or without pick? cuz find that playing with a pick is somehow even harder than plucking with my fingers @_@ 

asdfghjkl i have no idea where to go from where im at!!!! im self taught so any advice is appreciated
