HELLO HELLO HELLO DID YOU MISS ME
i sure missed you guys. but do not fret for i have RETURNED
and i brought with me my greatest ambition yet: play all 3D sonic games.
i
will be blogging about my progress and opinions as i go on here on this
very blog. but first let us look at a list of all 3d sonic games there

i marked the games i own in blue; the games i ordered but havent arrived yet in green and the games i could probably borrow from friends in grey.
out of these games ive already started playing the ones in blue!

amy story: like idk 50%?? i got rlly frustratd and stoppd playing there
despit the controls bing rlly bad on the pc version and the game constantly flinging me into the void whenever i tried to spindash, it was still quite the enjoyable play! i mostly played it for th lore though.

currently at the hero story final rush, have not started dark story yet
-> i keep dying in the final rush at the same spot and it gets really boring and annoying
so far having sm fun, i lov the characterization in this game and the voice acting is quit charming if you ignore th weird cutting. also its funny to play and then get flashbacks to the snapcube fandub.....

sonic the hedgehog 2006
stuck in crisis city.
started playing it 2 days ago its honestly really fun once you patch it an add a few mods with the 06 modhelper i like it so far!!!!! the open world is a pain in the ass to navigate and the game doesnt properly tell you what your next objective is so youre stuck running around a samey looking city trying to find where the fuck you need to go. the minimap is not a help at all for this. but if you got a 2nd screen open with a map of the overworlds you shoild do semi okay finding your way. thats what i do at least. i should probably look for a mod that fixes the map honestly

at 2nd boss
im having SO MUCH fun with this. it runs SO SMMOOTHLY and the controls are SO INTUITIVE and im just happy to have a game i can play on my dusty ol PS4. also holy shit SLEEPING WITH SIRENS ON THE OST. ahem. anyway. im pausing the playthough bc i got to the boss fight that i REALLY dont feel like doing rn so ig ill return to it at a later point in time. oh well!
but generally as far as the story and characcters goes- i LOVE IT SO MUCH. i am deeply intruiged as to where the story goes and i love hpw they wrote every character so far. the voices needed a bit of getting used to at first, but i quickly grew to love them too. truly a wonderful game. unlike in 06 the open world is extremely fun to just run around in and do whatever and the map helps you find where you need to go for progressing the story.
