Loss, something that people will be faced with as they grow older.

It’s never easy to lose a loved one you held dear to your heart, especially when they’ve practically been there for your entire life.

It’s never going to be easy, and it really makes you feel like they are leaving you behind.

On October 13th, 2024, my dog was put down due to his skin cancer worsening. I had no idea what I felt, it was so surreal. A multitude of negative thoughts and emotions just came waving over me all at once.

I miss him terribly, and I want nothing more than to just hug him one last time and tell him how much I genuinely love him.
