I used to go to group therapy sessions and there would be a chart
Of emotions I'd almost always pick nothing from the chart every session saying that I feel neutral to that I'd get a response that neutral emotion doesn't exist
I always considered that what I felt was neutral sence it was absence of any strong emotion
Aperantly that was calm
I thought calm ment very relaxed the type you'd get when getting into bed after long tiring day

Has anyone had something similar to this?
