Feminine?

So, lik how does one look & act more femme and sweet? I keep running into the problem of people being scared of me or thinking im mean even tho i already dress very femme? it makes no sense to mi, I dont wana be mean but i feel lik i cant be myself wht so evr!!!  No matter why i do one of mai friends is making fun of mi for smth, n i prb should tell them abt it but lik i domt wana make it awkward yk? UGHHHHH i jus wana run into a forest nd stay there til ppl lik mi 😞
