body meets soul

All the good I had was bad
I blamed others but my mind was just sad
They diagnosed me and I relied upon that
Self actualisation for years and never reaching climax

But now I know who I am
I know what I’ve done
I see the bad, I see the good
I see the toxic, I see the fun

Self actualisation is something I may never achieve
But for now I’ve found happiness in nobody but me
