idk your situation but ive been in a similar place, i survived by flying under the radar, its just a waiting game in all honesty, therapy if you can get it actually helps alot! make sure you have a good support system it can be as little as 1 person whos your ride or die! it does get better especially after moving out in some situations, but keep in mind when you move out you gotta make the decision if you wanna keep your mom in your life or not doesnt have to be dramatic and it doesnt have to be cold turkey, something as simple as creating some distance between the two of you. sorry for unwarrented ramble but stay alive pookie we gotta take down the govt.
thank you so much for your reply but sadly i cant get professinal help, my mom thinks therapy is not real (she's very religious). I'll just try my best to survive and wait for the day that i'll finally be free
