Played some Left 4 Dead today. It was something!

So, I was just playing L4D2 on a new account - I wanted to go through the achievements in order.
And while I was going for the achievement Guardin' Gnome, the one where you win and bring the Gnome, Chompski from the carnival all the way to the chopper during the finale. While I was doing this, I ended up dropping Chompski, but thankfully one of the other players picked him up! We were just running to the safe room after escaping from the roller coaster, and when we hit the safe room, I notice something: There's no gnome. It took me a minute to realize that the person who picked him up THREW HIM NEAR THE END...
I was straight-up holding myself back from shooting that guy dead at that point, honestly..
We flew through Dark Carnival like a breeze - with NO CHOMPSKI. It had me very disappointed, but in the end, it really was a fun play-through.

Also, very weird, but when I was playing L4D1 a few days ago, I went through multiple campaigns with this one player, I'll call Dawg. Dawg was a decent player, and they were fun to play with throughout all the campaigns, and after we finished most, they friended me and I accepted it. Just today they were asking me about playing, and after multiple times of asking, I finally got on L4D. They told me to join their game, and I figured we'd just go through the campaign like normal - obviously.
They messaged me, telling me specifically; "Play as Zoey like last time!" Which I didn't really think much about. Then as I'm breezing through the campaign, I get a message on Xbox saying, EXACTLY: "Yeah girl hey u want me to Your Zoey Booty i can count on u,"  and "Want me try Zoey booty Smack :)," ... Uhm. What. I basically completely ignored the message, kept playing. Then they message me other things; "UR BEING RUDE! Your SELFISH!" Just.. randomly. For some reason??? I assumed they were saying that because I was "rushing" through the campaign, so I said "Lol, I'm sorry! I'm trying to get lots of achievements rn so I'm a bit fast." Then they said... "oh thats Ur problem, Ur being a COWARD! I QUIT!" At that point I straight up had to ask if they were being serious or joking - 'cause I mean, it was strange. When they said they were serious and continued to speak in all-caps at me, I simply told them I'd be off.. It was a very strange interaction, honestly. I unadded them so fast.

So, uhm... There's that! It sure was an experience.
