Almost not homeless

For 10 months I lived in a refuge and had to share a room with my mum. Then we were moved into a different refuge where instead of just a room we get a whole flat. Its amazing. I love it here. Still can't have people over and I have to have a bunk bed where I hit my head all the time and the floors are linoleum but omg I dont friggin care. I'd like to have people come over though. I want a proper council place but soon soon soon we can start bidding. Can you believe that its been 11 months and we haven't even been able to start ASKING for a place to live. We can start bidding on council properties by next month and then soon be able to get our own place! And my mum said when I get back from uni she's gonna put my name in the rent book and she will move out so I never have to worry about finding a place to live. I'd like to move out one day. I want a cute little cottage by the sea but omg to have my own place guaranteed is an amazing feeling. Hopefully we'll have moved out in January. It will have been 14 months since this all started which is depressing but it'll be over
