I don't like the words "I'm Sorry"

The reason why I don't like the words I'm sorry is for many reason such as:

• Most people don't mean it when they say it
• They make up some excuse
• So they don't have to feel guilty about hurting you
• They expect you to forgive them automatically after they say sorry

This is why I am not of fan of someone just flat out saying I am sorry because half of the time they don't mean it and they don't try to improve and expect them to forgive them immediately. That why I always tell other people that if you say sorry to me you have to actually mean it and show me that you're actually sorry for what you did instead of just saying the words I'm sorry without any meaning to it or without any means to improve in yourself.
