LPS <3

I want to make a custom LPS of my friend's cat. LPS are so expensive now but I heard theyre making a comeback?? Is this true or are they doing what monster high did -_-. And I went to Comic Con a few days ago! It was super fun, but I worry that im not photogenic .-.
