im experienced with 3d, i need work on letter structure, and i need help on how to make my letters stand out more. i mostly draw like, blocky and rarely use curves.

im kind of experienced with throwies, ima practice that later but i think i got it down. all these pictures were made in videogames btw.

instead of doing double outlines, try to do some highlights, it adds more depth to your piece and make it stand out more, dont get me wrong double outlines are great for a more "sticker" look, but it makes your piece feel flat yk?
also poscas do a terrible job as fill, i recommend alchool based markers for filling and poscas for outlines n stuff

ty, i feel like highlights are sometimes a hit or miss, but i usually add too much stuff on my pieces. i dont have any alcohol markers, except for some really cheap and limited ones. (only black and gray that i stole currently)

you can find cheap alchool markers packs (mostly 24-48 colors) in aliexpress, they are not the best but they arent terrible either
also, if you got the guts, you can always go racking

Use a white gel pen or a very light-coloured marker to add highlights where the light would naturally reflect. A thick black marker can be used to outline the entire piece, which helps the letters stand out against the background

thank you, but what materials do you recommend? i use posca pens or colored pencils since im a brokie right now.

Felt tip markers are a typical graffiti paint pen, and are the most commonly used.
