if you stop trying so hard, maybe youll feel better. thats what i did, and i get half an hour extra of sleep everyday ever since ive stopped putting so much effort in, and its made no difference to how people treat me.
plus, im sure youre beautiful the way you are :) maybe youre not as pretty as adriana lima (or maybe you are) but just remember people like her make a living out of looking their best all of the time.
I had to Google who Adriana Lima is and DAMNNNNN
