MY FRIEND KEEPS GETTING BEAT UP

(I'm using fake names, TW for SH, getting beat up, n00ds, and blood)

My friend (Ginny) was with her best friend (Karla) were hanging out and Karla said something about Ginny's cuts and Ginny made a comment about Karlas n00ds which I guess really pissed off Karla. So Karla told Ginny to meet her at a pond near our school after school and Ginny went, it was 1 on 1 and Karla beat up Ginny, so the next day Karla told Ginny to meet her at the same place again except this time Karla was bringing 7 other people to back her up and Ginny had no one. Ginny refused to even fight back against Karla and knowing this was going to happen she still showed up because she wanted to own up to what she said and wanted to prove that she wasn't a pussy even though she didn't want to fight back at all because she would get in trouble for it. When Ginny showed up, there was 5 people watching and 3 people beating her up, someone was taking videos that I saw so Karla was punching Ginny in the head and some other girl named Sam was throwing Ginny around and hitting her head into the concrete floor of the bathroom at this pond. My friend ended up with her head bleeding and her hand hurt so bad that she couldn't move her hand or her wrist, she ended up going to the ER that night and she has a concussion and a broken hand. I feel so bad for her, and she's going to go back to meet Karla and the others again and I don't know how to convince her not to go, Karla wants Ginny to bring like a crowd and have pretty much a fight but even then its still not fair since Ginny has a broken hand. What should I do and how do I convince her not to go?
