So far so good. Got my two 45 minute workouts knocked out with no mercy. Also knocked out the progress photo very early in the day. Also managed to remember my book to read at work. Last night I read the required pages after getting off and eating dinner but man I was exhausted and had a hard time keeping those peepers open. After landing in bed I zonked out till the morning time. There was some confusion about cycling my daughter to school so she got a truck ride this morning. She was excited about a field trip and didn't want to be late.
cycled my son to school, took another hike through his favorite park, then walked up to the school to get my daughter then back home where for the last 8 minutes of the workout I did some laps around the backyard combined with cinder block burpees. I'm a Gosh darn champion. So now all I need to knock out is the rest of the water in my half gallon jug and read the 10 pages before I scoot out of work. So if I keep on lose weight at the pace I normally do I should be down to about 245 pounds by new years day. So I think I need to stay focused and keep grinding away with this new method of non running exercise.
