Am I missing something?

Yesterday at work an old lady who's a regular tipped me a box of Swiss rolls and my coworker laughed and said it was because I look like slender man. He then proceeded to take them from me and refused to give them back. I'm confused and can't stop thinking about the whole thing. I was so spaced out I didn't even care about the bitch who made me uncomfortable. Now that I'm thinking about it tho who does that?? That's worse than saying eat a burger or fatten up. Ugh. Honestly, I'm more concerned about my coworker. Like did he just really want the Swiss rolls? Or was he trying to say something without saying something?? He didn't even give me one. ;-;
