Almost done with uni for 2024-

Bad news but :[ I was planning on taking the semantics and pragmatics unit in sem 1 of next year but apparently that hasn't been taught since like 2021 D: according to my prof it was ran and designed by a linguist who focused on formal semantics (/neg) and when she left no one else had experience in the field to take over :/ so now I gotta find a new unit to fill in the slot ToT and I have taken all the linguistics units already! I am trying to convince my prof to take up semantics again but to do it around her historical semantics background XD half considering taking another Indigenous studies unit or anthropology unit instead but! I would take an ancient history unit but it doesn't cover any of the fun ancient history (only focused on Greece and Rome and nothing older) :'[ maybeeeeeeee I can take a math unit? Idk ToT I just wanna take semantics and pragmatics
