note! from person experience, what works for me might not work for you!
so. maybe you're like me and procrastinate like a bitch, I get it. so, here's how I PERSONALLY go about pulling all-nighters!
general
1. caffeine!! - I don't like to drink TOO much caffeine at night, I drink a lot during the day. I'll usually keep tea and some sugary drink like Gatorade with me
2. blue light! - blue light makes your brain think its daytime and prevents the release of melanin (sleepy hormone) so if you have LEDs its good, and if youre on a screen helps too.
3. regular breaks - don't overwhelm ur brain, that tires you out! make sure to take frequent breaks; get up, walk around, go to the bathroom, stretch, etc..
4. music - I'd say whatever keeps you up, whatever that is for you I'd keep it playing in the background
study/school specific
a. timers! - set on/off times, time working vs not working
b. make a list - easier to lock in on, and keep track of what you need done
c. reduce distractions - if you need to, clean/organize your space, turn off tv, even music if it bothers you. I have a specific work Focus set on my phone. un-distracting wallpaper, certain app notifications allowed, etc
