like im so in love with this man and I want to be with him forever but how do I tell him that if we arent already dating???
I dont want to scare him away and I THINK (hope, pray) that he likes me back so im just waiting bc ive never done this before (for the record, im 14 and so is he)

Just be honest with him. Sometimes the simplest acts are much better than the complicated ones. If your to shy to ask him in person, you could write him a letter and give it to him! (Sometimes writing it down helps me more.)
