I started Film Seizure in late 2017 with long time friend Jason Oliver. Together, we wanted a way to talk about movies and just get enjoyment out of sharing some thoughts and ideas about what movies we watched. Originally, it was hard to necessarily pin down what types of movies we'd watch and talk about. However, as we continued on with the show, we discovered that it could range from bad movies to great movies and everything in between. What mostly rose to the top was some sort of nostalgic value in the movies themselves.
As time went on, we added Chuck Moore as our third host and the show continued to evolve through getting used to having a third point of view to managing a weekly show when a deadly pandemic struck to managing how to deal with changes in the lives of the hosts. On December 1st, Film Seizure turns 200 episodes old and we still have many more movies to discuss.
Aside from the Film Seizure Podcast itself, I also host Monster Mondays on the site. For over 150 episodes now, the show has been a weekly solo podcast that can be found every Monday afternoon. The end of 2021 will also end the podcast version of the show. Starting January 3, 2022, the show will be moving to YouTube to be able to illustrate better what I'm talking about in each movie I cover with clips and highlights.
Where can you find the various places our show can be heard and followed? The best place would be to go to our Flowpage and start checking out the links!
