vkei fashion guides/help ?

i wanna dress up in the goth/vkei fashion but idk any sites (since most thrift stores near me don’t even have that sort of fashion) so i was hoping for sum ppl that know some sites to maybe help me w it ! :3 

this is kinda my own request but maybe a bit on the cheap side as well ? since my budget definitely isn’t big but i don’t mind saving ! also if u have other tips on the actual “art” of the goth/vkei style then i’d appreciate it 2 !!

if this helps i’m specifically talking about frilly clothes/shirts with those sleek pants style, accessories w the hair maybe, simple stuff for now w my current budget ! :3 thx !!
