Age Regression: How to regress at home and by yourself

Contrary to popular belief, age regression can be done anywhere without supplies! It can even be done online.

Here's some of the ways we regress without supplies:

Drawing - You don't need crayons or anything like that! A simple paper and pencil will do!

Kids youtube! - Make yourself a kid's YouTube account, sometimes being on regular YouTube can make you snap out of your headspace so it's better to stay on safer websites.

Make yourself a Kiddie snack! - Something you would enjoy eating as a child! Such as goldfish, apples peanut butter, etc.

Have a bath! It sounds funny at first but there's tons of stuff you can do to make a bath fun, make a paper boat, put a strainer in the tub, fill it with bubbles, dye shaving cream with food coloring, and use it as a finger paint!

PBS Kids! - It has tons of games and videos!
