I can definitely feel the manic episode because I woke up at 1 am out of nowhere and haven't slept since. My body also just doesn't want to sleep as much, now that I'm doing "better."
I'm doing my best to not fall into a depressive episode, but at the same time, I feel worried and anxious. I keep telling myself that's gonna be okay, but UGH!!!
I'm pulling out of school due to stress and health issues.
Sorry for the sorry as post, I just needed to vent a bit
