That's just what happens when not much content comes out for somrthing. My favorite example has to be the fans of Playboi Carti, his subreddit became literally so desperate for anything lmao
Half of the subreddit is shitposting and the other half is fighting over whether or not the Bioshock movie will be good (it won't)
