there IS a website called blinkies.cafe and like u can make ur own ones and stuff but like sometimes they can show different things and that's a bit of a bummer
i have alot of luck on tumblr and picmix! Picmix has a TONNNN, but everything has a watermark :( if u look at my profile u can see how the watermark looks cause most of my gifs are from picmix.
