˚₊‧꒰ა 𓂋 ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ In case of mild health issues: (tw: mentions of blood)

1. Ear bleeds: Contact doctors, bandage, cold compress 

Seek emergency help if:  If your ears bleed after an accident or blow to the head, you may have a life-threatening injury. Call 911 or go to the emergency room right away if you also have: Dizziness, nose bleeds, nausea, vison or hearing issues, loss of consciousness, hearing loss.Do not instert anything in your ear or apply too much pressure so that you dont ruin your hearing!! 


2. Nose bleeds: sit up & lean forward, gently blow your nose (into a napkin dont be nasty), pinch nose for a bit to apply pressure/ or you can just hold a napkin to your nose till it stops.

Seek emergency help if:Nosebleeds involve a greater than expected amount of blood, Nosebleeds last longer than 30 minutes, You feel faint or lightheaded, The nosebleed follows a fall or an accident. Bleeding after a fall or an injury to the head or face could mean that you have broken the nose.


3. Nausea: drink water/ginger tea, eat cold foods, eat smaller meals (still eat tho dont starve yourself youll feel worse), pepermint, avoid activity after eating things, dont eat fried/spicy/greasy foods 

Seek emergency help if: nothing^ is working, injury is causing the nausea/vomit, signs of dehydration, high fever, vomiting blood, rapid breathing, confusion. If your vomiting for more than one day see a doctor


4. Stomach Ache: drink water, eat bland foods, cold compress or hot compress depending on the type of stomach ache, pepermint, drink tea, dont eat hard to digest foods 

Seek emergency help if:  Feel severe pain that worsens with movement, Develop a fever, Vomit or have bloody diarrhea. Experience abdominal swelling, Have chest pain or pressure
