ughhhhhhhh need coding HELP!!! (updated)

i really want to add the automatic scroll with blinkies and such but IDK HOW!!! that's the main issue I'm having really. also how do I change the top part as well, where the logo and search bar is. i'd rather it be a different color 😓

UPDATE!!!! I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE SCROLL THING I WAS TALKING ABOUT!!!! turns out its the marquee code or however you spell. like this!
