For anyone who doesn't know what kind of movie is "Hannibal", it's technically a psychology horror film(very gay) about Dr.Hannibal the cannibal (it's kind of obvious) and his work of "arts".
starting the first season, the viewers will be following a professor named Will graham who has an Empathic ability to recreate and feel people's mind, thoughts, emotions. Because of his unique ability, jack the cop or the investigator(I forgot about his job[´ . .̫ . `]"'") invited Will to join his investigation group about a murder case which I forgot the name despite already watching the 3 seasons 3 times alr;; sorry, I got carried away•́ ‿ ,•̀, anyhow, our protagonist did hesitate to join at first, but he joined anyway so we can have something to watch☺️!!!yay. We will now be following our savage boi into the most traumatized story ever:]
P/s: me lazy ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) but definitely recommend for those who haven't watched <100/10>

Is it gorey? Or like graphic- also does it contain vomit or other shi like that? Sorry We're just kinda..err traumatized by gore and vomit.
The film does contain gore and A LOT of disgusting cases and scenes, so unfortunately if ya don't get on well with gore then I'm really sorry(｡•́︿•̀｡) I can mildly tell you about some scenes (spoiler ahead)
-Cello human: this case is shown in a later time of the movie(I think around season 2 or 3) the author of this creation is a man called Tobias, the reason he created such thing was to be noticed by Hannibal, he did ended up dying by Hannibal though. This is one of my favorite cases because it is very creative, the victim's vocal cord was used as the cello string and the head was remove, replacing by the cello itself. I think it's quite scary, but somewhat diligent.
-eating your own brain: I forgot most of the part but technically lecter's victim was made to eat his own brain, while having his head cut opened, alive.
There will be Will Graham's illness scenes too which is distu in some way, I hope you will consider it atleast, the plott is good, but if ya can't take the gore and all, it's all fine!! Have a great day~

P/s: just my opinion but the movie doesn't away show us the gore scene, there are some moments where it is peaceful and somewhat beautiful. I really like the film tone colors because it add such an eerie yet comfortable feelings to me. There are character developments and it's really good! Each character have their own stories and depth(some past are traumatic in a way but it's understandable)!! It's really good if you put aside some of the "very unique creation" of the murderer.╮(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)╭
