animation,, HELP!!

guys how do u animate :((( i have sooooooooooooooo OSOSOOSOOSOS many ideas but liek idk how to animate like i see visuals in my head and i can make some of them but the result is never how i want it,, anyone have tips???? I've been thinking abt getting an iPad with a pen nd stuff, or just a new computer...
