BACK FROM THE DEAD!! + a rant

it's been a while since I went on here and I just wanted to just say sum on my mind. (Please excuse my subpar punctuation and spelling.)

idk why people do this when a song gets popular BUT THEY BECOME SO FUCKING TERRITORIAL ABOUT IT. LIKE OMFG I SEE PEOPLE ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA EVER TALK ABOUT "Oh i hate that this song is popular!" "Omg people only listen too ____." LIKE BITCH CALM DOWN ITS A POPULAR SONG FOR A REASON!! I actually looked though the comments of a song so I could find some form of an idea on why people are like this when a song they like gets popular and a comment said something along the lines of "a new trend is born, the music is good, people use it for everything, and then it dies" I was like ok I see your point but, wouldn't you be right back at square 1?? Like if they want a song to stay unpopular only for after a couple weeks later after its fall from popularity it stays back to being unpopular wouldn't you've gotten what you want?

Also, another thing to add why won't some of these people welcome others to their genre of music. I usually see mfs online be like "name 3 songs" or "what do you know about ____?" Like is it that hard to accept people like your damn music? Id actually appreciate more insight on why people think like this because I think these mfs are AI.  Anyways that's all the word vomit I have to spill. If this was an essay prompt for school, I would definitely an A- for spelling and punctuation mistakes.
