I think time is an idea made in your mind, and online to make you think that you must hurry or you will be late. why can't some people say be here at "insert time" where the party really starts, time is a party where you must not be late, or you will run out of time and if you don't use it well then you will waste your time. 

time is that time of day when you think you can't win it or buy it with money but you can't, as for buying a concert that you and your child/wife/any person, you can spend time with them without money as for with money but cash can help you with bills and things you like but without money, you can spend time with your dears 

but for everything you still need time just no need to address it nor time.
