shifting

sleeping methods preferred, do yall have any methods/tips on shifting??? been trying for a long while now

the only way im able to shift is if i listen to musi and relax and just kinda lay on my back, but idk

been trying that, but not w/ subliminals all that much, just sum guided meditations by alunir. sorry i replied so late, but ill try it 2nite!!
