food is poisoned

i feel like food is poisoned, for a couple of months now i've been finding dead insects in pre-packaged foods my family buys, especially in carbs like pasta, rice etc. but also like instant ramen packages and well sealed snacks i usually bring to school.

i tried telling myself it's just a one time thing and went on with my stuff but it keeps happening, and no it's not old food in the kitchen for months, it's freshly bought stuff; it's really making me paranoid i don't want to eat anymore because of this.
